Welding and Fabrication
The Council’s central Workshops provide a special support service for all front line service areas dealing with maintenance, testing, MOTs and re-licensing of operational vehicles and equipment. What many are not aware of is the excellent welding and fabrication service that is available.
If you need anything made or repaired using steel, stainless steel, aluminium or plastic the Central Workshops offer excellent value. Making steps, barriers, bespoke constructions or repairing existing constructions is all possible.
Not just railings and gates…
Skilled craftsmen make and repair a wide range of products using metal and plastic. Many bespoke products are created for a variety of purposes, including gates, barriers, railings as well as all types of street signs and street furniture.
If it is created using steel, aluminium or plastic we can make or repair it. The team is flexible and can work on most types of projects both large and small.
